Welcome to the PFSGMS Technical Support Ticket System


In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to use the Ticket System.

Though we encourage you to use the Ticket System, you may also contact the PFSGMS Technical Assistance & Training Coordinator, Jennifer Inglett directly at 706.542.6250 or jinglett@uga.edu. All TA requests submitted through the Ticket System will receive a response within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm, excluding holidays.
